Bees pollinate 80% of the world's plants including 90 different food crops. 1 out of every 3 or 4 bites of food you eat is thanks to bees.

There are a lot of misconceptions about honey bees. Honey bees can only sting once, when they do, they die soon after. They will only become aggressive when defending their hive.

There are 3 kinds of honey bees in the hive. 95% are Workers, 5% are Drones and there is 1 Queen. Worker bees will need to visit 2 million flowers to make one pound of honey!
